When you make an appointment with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Because I want to serve you as well as possible, there are a number of things you need to take into account:

Facilities:
Studio voor Cosmeopathy is located in Zoetermeer (Dorpsstraat 158a, 2712 AP). The salon has a toilet and a waiting/retail area.    

Hygiene:
I handle hygiene and safety with care. To prevent the spread of bacteria and fungi, all instruments are cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaning device and then immersed in at least 70% alcohol or barbicide.
As a client, you are expected to also adhere to personal hygiene rules. I follow all protocols from RIVM, ANBOS and PROVOET to make your visit as safe as possible. I wear certified face masks, gloves and other protective equipment during treatment. Upon entry, I spray your hands with podiskin disinfectant.

Payment:
Payment can be made in cash or by card. All my prices include 21% VAT.

Cancellation:
Do you have an appointment scheduled, but unfortunately it cannot proceed?
Could you please notify me as soon as possible?
Preferably 48 hours in advance. If you do not cancel the appointment at least 1 working day in advance (Sunday is not a working day), I am obliged to charge 50% of the treatment.

Be on time:
Make sure you are present on time for our appointment.
This ensures the schedule runs smoothly and everyone can make use of the time reserved for them.
You should be present approximately 5 minutes before the scheduled time. This way we can start on time.

Complaints or dissatisfied?
I do everything to offer you the best possible quality services and products, but it may happen that you are not completely satisfied or have a complaint.
In that case, I would very much appreciate you contacting me, so that we can work together to find a solution.

Privacy:
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable Dutch laws and regulations in the field of privacy. All personal data is only used by Studio voor Cosmeopathy and is not provided to third parties.

Damage and Injury:
Studio voor Cosmeopathy is not liable for damage or injury, during or after treatments and use of products at home.

Other:
Studio voor Cosmeopathy is a professional beauty salon and does NOT perform erotic acts or erotic massages!
