I invite you to slow down, to connect with your body, and to let yourself be surprised by what wants to emerge. This afternoon is not about doing, but about being. About coming home to yourself. About feeling that inner and outer beauty are not separate, but deepen and strengthen one another.
With a cup of tea in your hands, a small treat, and the outside world softly fading away, your journey inward begins.

What can you expect?
Everything we do this afternoon is devoted to reconnecting you with your inner and outer beauty. Within the Cosmeopathy field, space opens for you to soften, settle into your body, and gently realign your system.
